Sixth Form Uniform
Number One Uniform
For special occasions, such as Prize Giving, Open Mornings, Concerts etc., students will be expected to wear:
- Plain tailored navy or black skirt suit.
- White collared blouse.
- Plain navy or black shoes.

Number Two Uniform
For general wear
- Plain tailored trouser or skirt suit in navy or black. No jeans or low-slung hipsters.
- Tailored coloured blouse, with collar & full buttons.
- Jumpers and cardigans – navy or black – no logos.
- Coats, jackets or fleeces – navy or black – no logos or “hoodies”.
- Shoes – navy or black; no ballerina pumps, gym shoes, trainers or excessively high heels.
- Tights – flesh coloured, navy, black; no socks.
- Jewellery – discreet and business-like.
- Make-up – discreet and business-like.
- Hair – well groomed.
Where to buy the Sixth Form Suit
The Billings and Edmonds’ Suit is the "recommended style"
Billings and Edmonds will stock a range of samples for customers to try before they place an order. The B&E website will shortly have a designated MARIST page where parents can view the whole range of uniform and order on-line. The School has one sample in the School Office.

Billings & Edmonds: Black Suit
Jacket approx. £52
Trousers approx. £28.50 (available in 28 & 30 length)
Skirt approx. £23.50 (available in 20 & 22 & 24 length)
Parents/girls are free to buy from the High Street within the following guidelines:
- Black
- Must be a SUIT - no mixed fabrics
- Trouser suits only - no mix of casual trousers & odd jacket
- Fabric must be suit material i.e. NOT knitted or stretch jersey
- Styling as befitting world of work.
The SHIRT must have a collar and full buttons (no jersey sport/tennis styles which only have 3 buttons).
Shoes – navy or black; no ballerina pumps, gym shoes, trainers or excessively high heels.
