Emergency Closure

In the event of bad weather conditions or other exceptional circumstances where one or both schools have to be closed, the following procedures will operate:

1. The following Radio Station will be notified for the broadcasting of a message:

• BBC Radio Berkshire (frequencies 95.4FM, 94.6FM, 104.1FM, 104.4FM)

2. A recorded answer phone message on the office phone 01344 624291 (Senior) / Option 4 on 01344 626137 (Preparatory) will keep you updated.

3. The coach companies will be contacted.

4. The home page of the website will be updated with current information.

5. All parents will receive a text message from the School via our Clarion Call System - please ensure we have your current mobile number.
