The Marist Senior School U15 Netball Team are the Ascot Schools U15 Champions for this year. This is the second championship scoop of the season, following hot on the heels of the U18’s success in winning the senior championship at the end of September.  The girls were unbeaten in all six games against other schools during the tournament which took place on 17th October.

The school maintained its reputation for excellent netball having won the Ascot Schools Netball Tournaments in 2007 (years 7–9 and year 11 teams), in addition to the U15 and U18 championships this year too.  Mrs Jen Bishopp, head of PE at the Marist Senior School said “I’m very proud of the girls, the hard work they have put in and the team work they have shown.  They all have a very positive attitude towards their sport and this shines through in the successes they achieve.”
